Old Cardboard

Holly bought a dresser for $15 because we needed one. She laid some cardboard down in our garage and refinished it. When it came time to photograph our son in celebration of his upcoming 2nd birthday, I wanted to do something different, and the paint smeared cardboard seemed about right. I have an interest in creating something meaningful with otherwise mundane objects, so it worked out well. We set about making pictures that most people probably wouldn't want to commemorate their kid's first two years of life, but I love them.
